Did you sell or purchase a property? Congratulations! Now in order for things to go smoothly for you with your gas account we need you to contact us well in advance so we can process your information. We will require a meter reading the day you move in/out, and a forwarding mailing address and phone number. If you did sell, it would also help us if you had the name and contact information of the new owners or the realtor and lawyer you used. Are you moving into a rental property that requires you to have a gas account in your name? Please call us in advance so we can process the rental agreement before you move in. A $200 rental deposit is required on all rentals and when you move out it will be refunded to you, less any outstanding amount from your final bill. And whether you are moving in or out we will require you to call in a meter read to us that day. Call us or email us at admin@esgas.ca if you have any questions.
