If you haven't already, go paperless and have easy access to your gas bills online! You will never not know what your gas balance is again!
On ebilling you should receive your gas bill by the 10th of the month to your inbox. If you don't, please call or email the office at email@example.com and we will be sure to rectify the issue.
Also, if your email address changes, please be sure to let us know before the end of the month so we can ensure your gas bill gets to you in a timely fashion.
And if you have multiple accounts and want them all on ebilling under one email address we can help with that too! Just have your account numbers you want together and contact the office. We'll be happy to set you up for that.
We have switched over to a new billing system and with it, a new ebilling system. The new system does not yet have a customer portal that you can log in to view your bills but we are working on it.
