ESGAS is a dedicated supporter of Utility Safety Partners and calling or clicking before you dig. Failure to have a locate done beforehand could put you and others in serious danger. Not to mention you will be expected to pay for the damages to our line if you hit it and a locate wasn't requested.
Call or go online to submit your request and then all utilities listed on your property are then responsible to come out and mark their own lines only within two full working days of you submitting it.

In the event of a line hit, keep open flame and ignition sources away from the leak area and contact the Co-op immediately at 780-957-3792 during regular office hours or at 780-831-2024 after hours.
Accidents happen, but line hits can shut down the gas to you and your neighbours until we can come out to repair the line, so having us come out and locate our lines before you dig eliminates line hits like this one. Not to mention, we have to report them to Alberta Energy Resources and you can end up with a hefty invoice to pay if you did not request a locate before you started work.
