Board of Directors
ESGAS is governed by a Board of Directors of nine members elected for three year terms. Our Director's positions are not zone-related, therefore, any member may be nominated when a Director's term is up. Regular board meetings are held at the Co-op in the Hamlet of Ridgevalley.

AGM
The 2025 AGM was held 7:00pm on March 27, 2025 at the East Smoky Gas Co-op.
Darel Klassen, who has served for 12 years on our Board, and Bruce Fjellner who has served for 17 years, are both retiring this year. While we are sad to see them go, we thank them for their invaluable contributions to ESGAS and wish them well on their future endeavors!
