ESGAS is governed by a Board of Directors of nine members elected for three year terms. Our Director's positions are not zone-related, therefore, any member may be nominated when a Director's term is up. Regular board meetings are held at the Co-op in the Hamlet of Ridgevalley.

ESGAS's Annual General Meetings are held in March each year and members are welcome to attend.
