If you haven't already, go paperless and have easy access to your gas bills online! You will never not know what your gas balance is again!
On ebilling you should receive your gas bill by the 10th of the month to your inbox. If you don't, please call or email the office at admin@esgas.ca and we will be sure to rectify the issue.
Also, if your email address changes, please be sure to let us know before the end of the month so we can ensure your gas bill gets to you in a timely fashion.
And if you have multiple accounts and want them all on ebilling under one email address we can help with that too! Just have your account numbers you want together and contact the office. We'll be happy to set you up for that.

We are pleased to announce we now have a customer portal where customers can log in and view/print up to 18 months of their gas bills. Transactions are also available to be viewed.
To access the portal you must first be signed up for ebilling. Once you are, contact us by clicking here and we will activate you in our system. Click here for the instructions on what to expect once we activate you.
You will still receive your bills by ebilling once you've signed up for the portal. It's just an added perk!
