Methods of Payment

ESGAS has a variety of options available for your payment convenience. We accept: Cash, debit, cheques, money orders, online/telephone banking, credit cards and now e-Transfer to admin@esgas.ca. You can also sign up for Pre-Authorized Withdrawal or Equalized Billing if you prefer to go more automated. Email us at admin@esgas.ca if you want more information. 

ESGAS offers the option of paying with your credit card through Option Pay in the office or online by clicking the Option Pay image. If your bank has the ability to do so, you can also set up your gas bill to be automatically charged to your credit card through our Pre-Authorized Withdrawal program. **Please note, when using your credit card with ESGAS you are responsible for all fees associated with the use of your credit card.**  

If you would like your gas bill to come directly out of your bank account or charged to your credit card (service charges will apply for credit cards) please fill in our Pre-Authorized Withdrawal form and send it to us with a  voided cheque or direct deposit form from your bank so we can set you up. 

To activate you with Pre-Authorized Withdrawal we need to have your information back to us by the 25th of the month in order for it to take effect for next month's billing. And because you get your gas bill by the 10th of the month you will always know what is going to be withdrawn from your account or charged to your credit card. 

If you would rather have a set payment each month instead of a fluctuating one you might want to consider Equalized Billing. You just have to have been at your residence for more than three years so we can calculate an average for you and establish a set rate, which we  would them review annually for accuracy.
